Whitelands is run by Elaine Stephenson RGN, a fully qualified nurse and colonic hydrotherapist, trained and registered by ARCH, the Association and Register of Colonic Hydrotherapists, with help from her husband, Ian.

We will ensure you are treated with the utmost care and respect at all times. We pride ourselves on treatments with a professional, holistic approach.

Elaine has been a registered nurse at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary for over 20 years. She studies Kundalini Yoga and is a Reiki Healer.

Elaine is available to give presentations on Colonic Health & Inner Well-Being to any groups or organisations who are interested in healthier living.
